Budding from the U. of Missouri All about budding, what, why, when, how, preparation of buds and understock, aftercare and more. Descriptive line drawings and diagrams. Very interesting and informative. Definitely worth checking out. 

The Four-Flap Graft from the Texas Agricultural Extension Service This method is used to graft various fruit varieties. Pictures with easy to understand steps. 

Grafting and Budding Fruit Trees from the U. of Minnesota Extension.   Includes what, how, when, tools and materials needed, glossary of grafting terms and several methods. A very nice site, easy to understand and with good illustrations.

Plant Propagation: Principles and Practices   I was shocked to see this book on a web site for it was one of my favorite college books back in 1971, and even today I still use it. Packed with  tons of information on everything from the various propagation structures, mediums & mixes to both sexual and asexual methods of propagation, including tissue culture. The back of the book has an extensive list of ornamental plants, trees, shrubs, vines, fruit & nut species, annuals and perennials with their methods of propagation and timing of each.
